The 2010 Parade Home will be open in October for St. James Plantation Property Owner’s weekend and two additional weekends for everyone else.
POA Weekend (Property Owners)
Date: October 9-10
Time: 9am-5pm
Parade of Homes Weekend (open to the Public)
Date: October 16-17, & October 23- 24
Time: 12-5pm
Where:
2627 Oak Forest Drive
Woodlands Park
St. James Plantation, Southport, 28461
Directions:
- Start out on St. James Drive (the main road)
- Right on Member’s Club Blvd
- Right West Medinah
- Right on Morningdale dr.
- Straight through the stop sign
- Left on Parkridge ( around the circle)
- Right on Oak Forest
- Brick House on Left
